Travel, especially air travel, is associated with a large carbon footprint. Based on the Lund University Sustainability Strategy to reduce the carbon footprint, all employees are urged to put their business travel into this perspective.
With this blog, we would like to provide real examples of Lund University employees who have in some way reduced the carbon footprint associated with their business travel. In doing so, we hope to inspire employees and others to adapt to more sustainable ways of travelling and to provide support on how to do so.
